Hi

Yey. I have managed to resolve the problem. I un-installed ODBC version 5.1 and installed version 3.51 (Windows ZIP/Setup.EXE (x86) 3.51.25). I was then able to run the script successfully.

FastEthernet0/0~VOIP~Inbound
FastEthernet0/0~Lond_Traff~Inbound
FastEthernet4/0~class-default~Outbound

Lets hope the graphs update with data successfully.

Hi

The script works via Cacti if I use cmd.php as my poller. If I change it to Cactid it doesn't work. I have tried multiple versions of Cactid.

I get the following errors

05/21/2008 01:03:10 PM - PHPSVR: Poller[0] ERROR: Input Expected, Script Server Terminating
05/21/2008 01:03:10 PM - CACTID: Poller[0] FATAL: Cactid Encountered a Segmentation Fault (Cactid thread)

Has anyone else seen this before??

I should probably mention that some of the versions I'm using are different from my signature. I'm testing this on a test server.

I was wondering do I need a data input method in order for this to work with Cactid???

It works ok using cmd.php without a data imput method.

Anyone??

I have just added a data input method as shown in the attachment. Still the same issue when running Cactid.

Here is my debug when running cactid against that host.

Cactid works ok for the 2 other (non cbwfq) graphs (SNMP - Get Mounted Partitions - PHP Script) I have set up for another device. It just fails for the cbwfq script.

Hi

Me again. I have now set this up on our production server, see sig for details. I still can't get this working on our global WAN. I can't even monitor a router that sits on the same site as Cacti.

I have verified its not permissions by running the script/exe and running filemon - no denied messages seen.

I have created a new host in Cacti and have set up monitoring of only 1 COS queue to simplify troubleshooting.

I have set up my ini file as so.

[CBWFQ_VB]
LogFile=RunningDirectory
ScreenLogLevel=0
FileLogLevel=0
SNMPTimeout=1000
SNMPRetries=3

A Cactid debug of this host shows

Has anyone any ideas??

I think it might have something to do with the amount of COS entries on the routers and the script can't deal with it. Increasing time out as stated above hasn't helped. Has anyone else had issues like I'm seeing?

Cheers

Re: Fast Class Based Weighted Fair Queuing (CBWFQ) QoS Polle

Is anyone still actively working on this? I'm having a hell of a time.

If I click on "Verbose Query" my pages takes forever to load and then just goes blank white. I read on the first page that it might be permissions. Where would this be? I can't seem to find anything.
The system let me create a graph, it lists no data source and won't create the graph. Is this related to the first issue?
My log file isn't much help, it just keep showing all the data that is has collected from my test device.

It took me awhile but I was able to get the ODBC Driver going by uninstalling 5.2 and installing 3.51. Then manually adding the driver dll to ODBC.
