ok, cool

The ixed stuff is working now.

Did you also get the html_tree replacement ?
Download the v05 version i have just put on the project page. There was a parameter missing for the tree view page which created such errors.

Ok then we start from scratch:

What do we have now:
ixed is working
php-gd is installed
your using cacti 87d
php is version 5.1.6
it is a *nix system

What I do need to know now:
what edition of nmidCreatePDF are you using, free, professional, corporate and which version
you have the html_tree replacement installed, right ?
how did you isntall it, uninstall previous version and installed the new one, or just overwrite the files in the dir ? what was the previous edition/version ?

Ok, so you installed Update 5. Did you set the path to your PHP binary in the settings ?

If that's ok, I will need to install a 087d version and check/document the installation steps needed to have everything up and running ...

I have tested it with the latest CactiEZ installation. It is working just fine there. I'm not sure what is wrong with your system and probably need to have a look at it myself. Is there any possibility to get access to it ?

We have been able to solve that issue. It is related to the create_image.php file not being able to correctly load the required libraries due to path problems. The HTTP error log did show these errors. I'm going to prepare and upload an updated Free, Professional and Corporate version
