For the line items that say "(You should make this more, get close to the same number of rows as Daily)":
I am not sure I understand that, could you explain? Aren't those the same as default settings?
Yes I understand that these files will be big. My current RRA's are 140mb.
Thanks again.

Well, you have ~130k rows in the per minute RRA and only 800 or so in the others.

Its been a while and finally implemented your suggestion this month. To refresh your memory I am trying to get 3Months history accurate up to 1 min. So now that few weeks have gone by since the new settings I am getting the same results. The daily graph is accurate for 1 week and if you go any further in the past on daily graph it will not be displayed. Check the image I have included for the results. Here are the settings I have set to as suggested.

Great News! This has been resolved. The problem was with php. This is the error I received from the command output for graph image creation from rrd.php:
<b>Fatal error</b>: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 35 bytes) in <b>/var/www/html/cacti/lib/rrd.php</b> on line <b>422</b><br />
Obviously PHP ran out of memory. I bumped up the php.ini to 24M and now the graphs display.
Thank you Witness for the help.
I will be looking for the donate button on this site
