Also, looking back, it seems interesting that you have two poller.php running in your systemctl status cactid output. That should not be happening. Do you have enough database connections?

Hi,

thanks for the feedback. A lot to look into now...

How should I check the number of database connections? And what is "enough"?

I'm sure I'm running the 1.2.x branch now, but in a first installation, I accidentally used the Developer branch.
I'm not (yet) using Remote Data Collectors, but I'll look into the Boost capability, as I'm running mostly with 10s polling interval and the load may become too high (disk I/O?). (currently arrow 1500 DS).
How should I check whether the poller_output table effectively uses the MEMORY storage engine?

You can see the suggested "minimum" in Console > Utilities > System Utilities > Technical Support
