My cacti is working well, only doesn´t work for BW on windows hosts.

Only windows? I met similar problem. Try to create graphs In/Out Bits graphs not In/Out Bits (64-bit counters).

Doesn't work on windows and linux, but in firewalls and switchs works. Now I've installed a new version and it's working.
