OK so your big problem is that the remote poller has no write access to it's cacti folder which should have been flagged up during it's installation.

Out of curiosity (you may have mentioned it earlier) what version is this?

Cact version 1.1.38.

i installed in root user only then how it will not get write permission. Can you help for which folder i have to give write permission.

if you share commands it will be much appreciate. expecting your expertise help.

Hi Netniv,

I fixed permission issue on remote poller. post that there is no permission error on remote poller cacti log.

I also checked main poller cacti log. i am found poller related mysql error logs. Here I have attached my Main poller log. Can you look and let me know what is the issue.

Sorry to disturb you. I am new for open source tool. I need your expertise support here.

This seems to be the common case:

2018/11/16 12:41:45 - CMDPHP ERROR: A DB Exec Failed!, Error: No database selected
It's repeated a lot and usually means that the database name is wrong. Check the casing is correct as some people use capital letters when creating the DB but fail to do so when putting it in the DB config for cacti.
