Cacti not creating data sources or rrd files when it should?

just for information, did you solve the issue?

I randomly encounter this problem and I've already checked most basic stuff (permissions, snmpwalk results and so on).

It seems pretty random: I've 2 C3650 with a similar configuration, on 1 RRD data sources get created, in the other not.

Weird.
