Well, with some advise from my colleague, I have coded a script who get the value of the OID like "0 days 3 hours 18 minutes" and then I convert it in timesticks for Cacti.

Next step is to associate it to my graph... to be continue

Well, that was what I suggested earlier. However, if you could work out the formula for the uptime OID, then you wouldn't have to try and parse a string (which can potentially go wrong). Hence I was asking for more examples. At least your moving forward now
