nice way, u put the values in the table at the end of the file. i was looking for something like that, but didn't found a solution
But i have a problem with your polling.php
I get sql errors.
The problem is, that i.e.

doesn't work.
i have to use

foreach(hosts as $id) { thold_debug($id['id']) }

or i can't get into the loop
