The template provided by Instigater (cacti_graph_template_ucdnet_-_full_cpu_usage.zip) does work well in Cacti 0.8.8h; I have found only a small bug: item #12 of graph template refers to the CDEF function Full ucd/net CPU Usage - Total CPU Usage, but it should refer to the Full ucd/net CPU Usage - Get percentage instead. Otherwise the Maximum value for Interrupt is wrong.
