ah-ha. Sounds like permission issues are still around.

double-check that the cacti scheduled task user account has read/execute permissions on: cmd.exe, rrdtool.exe, and perl.exe. Then read through my FAQ in the section on how to configure WMI for other user accounts.

Alternatively, for testing you could make your cacti scheduled user account part of domain admins. If the scripts successfully run that time, then you know for sure it's a permission issue.

I've checked and re-checked and confirmed that the cacti scheduledtask user has the correct permissions.

I have also gone through your FAQ and additionally had a collegue follow it to confirm it is configured correctly.

I noticed that the rrd files were getting updated - which suggests the graphs weren't displaying correctly.

I deleted the templates & graphs, re-added them all and it is now displaying correctly.
