I'm still having this issue. I haven't messed with anything in cacti since I set it up initially over a year ago.

I did not modify the time spans. The only thing I changed was the widths and heights of the graphs.

To go any further, I would require online access. If this is possible, please pm details

As always, afterwards it is easy to see why.
Reading carefully what I copied out of your earlier response, it can bee seen, that the CURRENT RRD FILE in fact misses the 4th consolidation level (pdp_per_row = 288).

The Data Source Debug screen is not that halpful (currently) as it shows how cacti would create the rrd file if it would be created from scratch; not the current setting of the currently existing rrd file.

The next question that arises will be: how to add that consolidation level? The answer is not easy, as rrdtool does not provide such an interface. You may search in the rrdtool contrib section. I'm quiet sure that there is some utility to do this.
But the missed data is gone, that's for sure.

You mentioned in the PM that the problem is solved.
Does that mean from now on the graphs will start to display more than 2 months of data?

It sucks the past years worth of graphs are gone, but will the graphs start to fill in correctly starting from august?

No. I can't do that from web only, as stated above.

I can't guess how it happend that those consolidation levels were not created or dropped (in fact, dropping is not supported either so I suppose that they were never created).

All this said is assuming that the rrdtool info output you provided is correct. It is not possible to verify this from the web interface alone.

Solving meant, to be precise, that it is now known why data is not seen. For remedy, see my post above

Would it be best to just reinstall cacti from scratch and just import all my devices?

That would work but loose all information. If you are able to specify which files are related, simply delete those an cacti will recreate them in the way the data source debug shows.
This way you may verify, that now everything is fine.
