Sorry about that it was a long night. Wasn't sure where to post it. I had to restore my sql from a backup to get it going again. I will attempt again later

Ok I got that issue cleared up and added a new graph for bits in/out 95th percentile 64 bit. the graph shows up but is not graphing.

cmarticus - you have to watch that double posting!

After importing this template, the rrd files are not updating or being created, I checked the log file and it shows information being retrieved (I am unable to find ANY errors in the log). I checked http://docs.cacti.net/manual:087:4_help.2_debugging and cannot find any issues up until the issue of non existent rrd files.

P.S.- I am using 1 minute polling.

I have uploaded the fixed version of the template. There was a export issue that caused it to break, which I will be looking at....

The template has been fixed, please let me know if you have issues with it now.

My cacti log shows
05/14/2009 09:25:51 AM - SPINE: Poller[0] Host[24] DS[661] SNMP: v2: 207.162.208.129, dsname: traffic_out, oid: .1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.10.1, value: U

The RRD is being created and updated every 5 minutes

but that particular graph is still empty.

The rest of the interface graphs all 32 bit are fine.

Make sure that you are using SNMPv2 with the device in question.

Definately using snmpv2.

Do I need to create a different graph template for 95th percentile 64 bit counter?

I am still getting non responsive graphs with a cisco SMB switch, it worked just fine before, but still didn't work with the updated template.

It seems that the issue is causing rrd files to not update or be created.

I changed the counters on the existing 32 bit graph to the 64 bit settings and that worked. not sure why the new graph with the 64 bit settings didn't work. All I know is I broke 115 now! Thanks rony :)

I would really appreciate to import that graph template to my Version 0.8.7b.
Unfortunatly , that one seems to have been generated on "0.8.7d" => "0018" (regarding global_arrays.php) , although I hacked my global_arrays.php cacti still refuses to import it :-(
please let me know how I can graph the 95percentile on my 1Go interface where now traffic goes over 100Mbits/s !

Thanks.

Is there possibly an easy way to add 95% and total bandwidth on one graph? I tried but horribly failed with the data query.

I slightly modified Tony's Template -- it does the 95th percentile for in and out seperately (64-bit) in BYTES. Nothing fancy, but might be useful for newbies.

Christian

PS: How can I export the data query and the graph template in _one_ file?
