You just have to configure snmpd.conf as said a few posts before, and then run snmpd.

Are you using a 5 minute interval or a 1 minute interval ?

Can you check in Settings -> Poller -> "Poller Interval" and "Cron Interval" that you've selected the proper value ?

This graph template cannot be used on a FreeBSD host.

You have to use the "ucd/net SNMP" host template instead of the "local linux machine".
