You're using 087? The "rebuild_poller_cache.php" should then be taken from the cli directory. Please try again

Sounds like someone deleted your Data Query template or Graph Template. Do you have a database backup? This is why you do such things :(

Reinhard, we should add this as a bug fix/feature request. Aka, enforce referential integrity to keep people from hosing their systems.
