[SOLVED] Impossible to connect in admin/admin

I had the same problem as you described it here.

The solution was ( is new in PHP 5.x ):

session.save_path in php.ini

is by default configured to path like this one:
C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\UserDir\Lokale Einstellungen\Temp\PHP\session

and here are the User himself and the Administrators have NTFS - permissions.

So change the Path to e.g.:
C:\PHP\tmp\session

and verify that the IUser... & Co. have at least modify rights.
