I am having the exact same problems as mercolino.
I do not have the option to create thresholds from the Data Sources page.
I do not have the option to auto-create thresholds from the Create Grapshs page.
I do have all the realm permissions set correctly.
I can see the thold tab along the top, I can also click it and view the contents (which are empty due to no thresholds being created)
I have Cacti 8.6i on CactiEZ 0.2 with Plugin Arch 1.1 and thold 3.5.2. I have the settings plugin and it is above the thold line in config.php.
This is a new install of Cacti with all updated plugins.
I had used thold 3.4 on CactiEZ0.2b with plugin arch 1.0 and cacti 8.6h previously. In that case I had no problems.
I am currently going to try to remove 3.5.2 and try 3.4 again. Also I will try to upgrade to cacti8.6j as well. However I am curious to know why this seems to be failing as it is. there has to be a reason why it is only partially working.
Mercolino and I cannot be the only ones experiencing this.
I couldn't create Thresholds

Well I fixed it. I am not sure how exactly but it is now working.
Here is what I ended up doing.
- I downloaded 8.6j and unzipped it
- stopped the cron poller jobs
- renamed the HTML folder on my cactiez VM to oldhtml
- then renamed the 8.6j folder to html
- I then downloaded and installed the plugin arch 1.1
- I moved all the files for 8.6j, overwriting the default 8.6j files
- I moved all the rras, plugins, scripts and resource files from the oldhtml folder to the new html folder
- chown'd it all to apache:apache
- edited the config.php file so that the plugin array section was exactly like it was before and changed the MySQL password
- Then finally I restarted the cronjobs
All my graphs started back up, and now I can create tholds just like normal.
Essentially what I really did was upgrade cactiEZ 8.6i to 8.6j and reinstall Plugin Archetecture 1.1. All the rest of the stuff was just moving files. I did not have to edit anything other than the new config.php and all I did for that was copy the MySQL and Plugin_Array areas from my old config.php file.
I hope that helps someone else having similar issues.
Also as a side note it seems to have made a few other misc changes for the better such as fixing the syslog (haloe) plugin too as well as killspike and reports. this makes me think it was an issue with a prior botched upgrade attempt I made to get all this to 8.6j. I thought I had it all reset back to normal, I guess not.
