SNMP Device Status -UNKNOWN

Well if its some specific device which is causing problems, then it's not a general Cacti issue, since others work fine. Must be some sort of different configuration for the 6509. I recall another user had to add 'rtr' to his snmp config on the IOS for snmp to work correctly.

Are you able to manually snmpwalk the broken 6509 device successfully?

Yes... SNMPWALK works fine.. And guess what.. they are with SNMP V2 and it was working only if you delete/add the device with SNMP V2 settings. I tried before by just editing the SNMP version from '1' to '2' and it NOT work.

I really appreciate yourhelp and thanks for all your time in this matter.
