Just to clarify...You want me to replace that snippet of code in the lib/rrd.php file?

No problem, then I will need to wipe my graphs and see if they re-generate via poller.php.

That did the trick .. I added another Cisco device and generated the graphs with data using the updated snippet.

So my question is, did something change or is this something with the way Cisco's do timestamps vs how other devices do timestamps?

I think it depends upon how your php-snmp or net-snmp is compiled as to how the data is returned. So, supporting both Timestamp and HH:MM virtually guarantee's the returned data can be properly interpreted.

This is patched in 0.8.6k.
