Any errors in the event logs?
Enable logging in php.ini and see what errors show up.

Possibly this is a plugin issue too...

Well I don't have a php installation in front of me... but look in php.ini. There is a section related to logging and specifying the level and log file.

As for the event log, just look for any errors that might be related to IIS/php/MySQL.

If you fire up FileMon, do you see any errors/access denied messages when the pages come up blank in IIS?

i set the poller logging lvl to debug, cleared the log, select an equipment, click on verbose query, wait for the blank page, go back to system utilities, click view cacti log file. attached is the log that i got.

also what does this mean:
08/24/2006 09:44:46 PM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] ERROR: SQL Exec Failed "insert into poller_command (poller_id,time,action,command) values (0,NOW(),1,'110:1')"

thanks for the help

Well looking over that log file, nothing seems wrong to me. Did you get anything useful from the error logging from php? What about FileMon?
