Maybe your browser has something cached? Also could be a cookie / php problem. Did you get these errors the first time you had stuff installed?

here's my PHP configuration. The first time I did not got any errors just a web page with all the cacti paths and settings.

Why did you upload a pdf for truenorth?

Well what did you change between the first install and now? If you haven't gotten anything set up yet, I suggest you completely start over with the MySQL database stuff. Delete mysql and all data directories and reinstall. Make sure you also follow my install guide on how to properly configure PHP.

Apparently you did not follow the installation guide. One thing I noticed is that your register_argc_argv is set to off, when it should be on. You MUST use php.ini.dist as your starting file.
