Well obviously something is blocking SNMP data between your polling machine and IP Address. You running MRTG from the same computer Cacti / that snmpwalk was run from?

Finally got it working. For some reason, it just wasn't liking the community name I used. I switched it over to the one that I had been using for MRTG and it was off and running. I can't thank you enough for all of your help BSOD2600. I really do appreciate it! Thanks again.
