root@shepherd:/usr/share/cacti/site/scripts# php ss_poweralert_ups_status.php 172.16.1.104:1:tlremote:::::::: index
1
root@shepherd:/usr/share/cacti/site/scripts# php ss_poweralert_ups_status.php 172.16.1.104:1:tlremote:::::::: query upsname 1
FATAL: Unable to locate UPS attribute data in SNMP
The script actually seems to work, but it always fails anything besides `index`
Anyone have any thoughts?

I can't get the battery temperature graphs to work in Cacti 0.8.8a.The value is there in the MIB when I use snmpwalk, though.
Code: Select all
root@controller:~# php -q /var/www/cacti/scripts/ss_poweralert_ups_status.php hostname.redacted.com:2:tlremote:::::::3664:500 get batterytemperature 1

Hello guys,
On older f/w version script worked fine.
i have updated f/w on my ups and after that the script ouput returns this:(
php ss_poweralert_ups_status.php ipaddr:2:community:::::::: query upsname
FATAL: No UPS devices were returned from SNMP
Seems Erick A.Hall does'nt support this script already:(
How can i force this script work on new f/w of tripplite ups:
Thx in advance.

As for the question about working directly with the UPS SNMP-Web card, yes it will but you have to change the port number in the data template to 161. Alternatively, create a new data template that is specifically for use with the SNMP cards, but keep the data source names the same, and you will be able to use the graphs between both the software and the cards.
Does anyone know how I can do this? I know its an old thread, but I just tried using this template and Im using the WebCARD, and I want to change the data template from whatever it is, to 161.
Thanks...
