95th percentile not working on 0.8.6h

I've found this problem showed up in version h all the way through the current 0.8.8b rev. After some digging, I found the following fixed my problem:

Edit your graph template for the 95%. Look for the HRULE lines that match (2 of them)
|95:bits:0:current|

Change them to:
|95:bits:0:current:2|

This fixed my missing HRULE error coming from the rrd debug. Hope this helps!
