Error when using second data source for GPRINT only

True, well, I guess so. I trust the problem is exactly the same on unix.

As a workaround, you may "graph" the seconds ds using LINE with color "NONE" or perhaps "WHITE". This will create the second DEF you need for the GPRINT

Yes, but this would adjust the scale according to that value too. And I won't want that.

I actually posted this bug in the bug tracker some time ago. Too bad I didn't see this thread sooner; I could have answered your question from the first post. :-?

I've looked at the code, and to quickly sum up the issue, a datasource will not be included unless it is used for a visible graph element. This results in a broken graph if you try to do this, as has been noted in this thread. This is squarely a cacti problem. Fixing it will mean a different algorithm for selecting these elements- the existing one is not very good anyway- and I may try to do this myself soon, since I need this funtionality.
