ReportIt automatically generates the list of data source items in relation to the data template. In that case I would check the data template first. Edit that data template and search both data source items. Probably you have made a duplicate of that data template where these items are missing. At last take a look at the Cacti log and search for SQL-Errors.

Not sure if this is a bug or some config problem. I upgraded from 7.1 to 7.2. Now my exported reports fail when measurands are set to prefix (binary or decimal). However, normal html reports were fine. When I ran the cron job by hand I noticed the following warning:
PHP Warning: Division by zero in /usr/local/cacti-0.8.7e/plugins/reportit/lib_int/funct_shared.php on line 384
After extensive investigating the I found the "pre" variable was not set in "func_shared.php". I added:
include_once(REPORTIT_BASE_PATH . '/lib_int/const_view.php');
to the top of func_shared.php and the problem was fixed...

Yes, that's a workaround. The official solution can be found here:
http://svn.cacti.net/viewvc/reportit/branch/0.7.x/lib_int/funct_shared.php?r1=1084&r2=1083&pathrev=1084&root=Plugins&view=patch
I'm really sorry, because I found and fixed that issue in the SVN some time ago without posting a note.
Best regards
-Andreas

Re: 'ReportIt' -> v0.7.2 (released 10/06/10)
I (think) I have reportit installed, yet I'm not seeing the Reports tab or any of the options to configure reports on the Console tab. Any suggestions?

I assume that you can see ReportIt in the Plugin Management console.
If that is the case then check the realm permissions of your account please.
Best regards

Re: 'ReportIt' -> v0.7.3 (released 28/11/10)
You should to keep in mind, that this plugin is for free and that people sometimes have a lot of trouble and a bunch of other projects to handle beside a single topic!!!
I did all this things for free and I am really sorry that I wasn't able to pay ReportIt enough attention during the last months.
Download 0.75a from the SVN or patch your version like described some pages before. I haven't had the time to release 0.75a so far.
Regards
-Andreas

Re: 'ReportIt' -> v0.7.5a (released 23/12/11)
Hi Browniebraun,
I'm having problem using Reportit-0.7.6 when the selected data items is a member of an aggregated graphs. This is similar to what i've posted in http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=41024 . If the selected data items is a member of an aggregated graph, it defaults to the aggregated graphs. The calculation will be incorrect since it refers to an aggregated rrd graphs.
Hope you can help me on this.
Thanks,
Mike

Re: 'ReportIt' -> v0.7.5a (released 23/12/11)
sorry the calculation was correct, the problem is just in show_graph_overview, need to refine sql query when having aggregate. Just change show_graph_overview query under cc_view.php
$sql = "SELECT DISTINCT c.local_graph_id
FROM data_template_data AS a
INNER JOIN data_template_rrd AS b
ON b.local_data_id = a.local_data_id
INNER JOIN graph_templates_item AS c
ON c.task_item_id = b.id
WHERE a.local_data_id = {$_GET['rrd']} order by c.local_graph_id ASC limit 1";
Mike

RRDtool PHP bindings (Windows only) - This always comes with Firewall block. Hence, it is not accessible.browniebraun wrote:ReportIt
