Graphs dissapeared, need help please..!!

Graphs dissapeared, need help please..!!

After 6 Months running well monitoring 350 devices suddenly all graphs dissapeared...
the log resulted look like this :

You seem to have an issue with the devices being polled not responding:

"05/03/2007 12:14:54 PM - POLLER: Poller[0] Maximum runtime of 292 seconds exceeded. Exiting. "

Try clearing the poller cache, and raising the number of concurrent processes for the poller.

Click on UTILITIES / SYSTEM UTILITIES / REBUILD POLLER CACHE (try to do this when the poller isn't running). Let's look at this first before we tackle the poller issue.

After I did as you told , I opened the the log, and first the log was empty, and I'm waited for a moment, then :

You seem to have 2 crontab entries...

Can you check that the poller runs once every 5 minutes ?
