Info threshold - nagios integration

Hi all,

i have installed the plugin threshold with the feauture for send a message to nagios. I have a doubt. How can i configure the passive check on nagios for receive the trap form cacti?

I hope to have an answer from anyone ..... i need this check for many different data like sessions l2tp and others ....
