Is there anybody got HP-UX host template? Can you share it with me?
Basically, i would like to gather stats on diff platform. I'm done with Linux and next step is HP then AIX.
If there is no really such template. Would you send me a step by step procedure on how to do so because i'm a newbie here.
BTW, would cacti be able also to collect data in LVM. It should be able to graph all VGs.
e.g. data
ALLOCATED SPACE for /dev/vg00 34720 Mb USED SPACE 34300 Mb FREE SPACE 420 Mb

Here is a script I wrote to get the volume group usage information from the HPUX system via SSH. You will need to setup certificate based authentication between your Cacti system and the HPUX system to monitor.
