Does there have plugin when cacti detect server power off,then it'll send mail ? The Uptime only can send mail after server start up.

This is a duplicate post - please see my reply to your original post in the scripts / templates forum. Uptime will send an email when the host comes back online after a restart.
No plugin will actually tell you that a server has been powered off. Manage and Monitor are the plugins that come close to this.
