Passing parameters to perl scripts

everybody,I just attach cacti , and I don't understand what's that mean, <hash_070000645a30ad4b36e40977e118cab0b8b8ce>...</hash_070000645a30ad4b36e40977e118cab0b8b8ce>,dose that have a special mean ?please help me ! I only point at the hash number

Where did you find them? Usually, there should not be a need to deal with them directly
