32 vs. 64 bit counters

Hi,
Still here...
I have devices with 622mb links, and i want to monitor them.
The device does not support the IfHcInOctets, or IfHcOutOctets
So is there no chance for me to monitor larger links then 114mb ?

can you try to use SNMP v2c and 64-bit counters ?

Hi,
Well I have tryed using version 2c and version 3.
The device does not support the 64bit counter,
This is an ASX-4000 ATM switch, and has a backbone capacity of 160gb

You could try the "1 minute interval polling" patch, in 60 seconds the counters may not have time to wrap...
