[SOLVED] Upload results into DB problem ?

I have successfully polled two Catalyst 3560G switches, located in our other office. These switches are accessible via a VPN. Once the polling is complete, I can see the enclosed screenshot when I view devices.

However, if I click IP report and choose the site where these switches are located, I get "No Mac Track Port Results".

Anyone have any ideas ?

get the device id for the two devices in question and then open a shell and perform the following:

cd /var/www/html/cacti/plugins/mactrack

php mactrack_scanner.php -d -id=<id>

Post the output.

Your problem is that you are scanning an IOS device with a CatOS scanning function. That won't work. Map the device to the IOS scanning function for Cisco.

Thanks for this. However, if I cange the scanning type to IOS, or even Generic, I still land up with the same issue - if I click IP report and choose the site where these switches are located, I get "No Mac Track Port Results".

Any other ideas ?

Verify that MacTrack actually detects it correctly using the IOS scanning function by running debug again. Post the results again.
