Haloe data being logged in syslog_incoming but not displayed

I searched the forums and read the documents several times but I am unable to figure out what I have done incorrectly. I have the Realm permissions all set for my account. The tab for syslog is there and I can click on it. Under the host tab I see the hosts for the log files displayed but there is no data on the right hand side. No matter how I change the filters around (any,any,any) I can't get any data to be displayed, I only receive the entry "No Messages".

I have the PA installed along with several other plugins. I am using using Kiwi as the SyslogD and have created the custom output to MySQL. Running a query of the last couple entries shows the data correctly (I think).
