It says error when i try to browse....After applying plugin

Dear Webmaster/all,


I made a big mistake by just copying the files from Cacti dir,instead including directories.


History:

I was running Cacti-0.8.6i with Cactid and 1 minute polling and all everythiing in running fine.

Today i wanted to add plugin architechre and applied follwoing patch from and followed the instrution as per the writeup in http://cactiusers.org/wiki/PluginArchitectureInstall
except to copy all directoires too.


I chose to apply complete patch using PrePatch option and did the command work as per the directions.


but while doing last option i.e editing config.php,
He says edit $config['url_path'] = "/";

but I didn't find anywhere this option in my
/usr/local/cacti-0.8.6i/include/config.php file. My cacti is installed in /usr/local/cacti-0.8.6i/ and now I am unable to login into my cacti through http://servername and tommarrow i have a seminar on
this!!!!

Kindly help me whover has some inputs.

I tried to restart

Snmpd , mysqld and poller.php services.

when poller.php is run it says.


root@cacti cacti-0.8.6i]# php poller.php
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function: do_hook() in /usr/local/cacti-0.8.6i/poller.php on line 43

My crontab has old configuration properly.

*/1 * * * * cactiuser php /usr/local/cacti-0.8.6i/poller.php > /dev/null 2>&1


Please help me sir.

You did not modify your config.php file correctly to include the plugins.php module. That's all. Sorry I did not get back to you sooner, been very ill.
