How to make weathermaps like the one showing in http://www.network-weathermap.com/node/51 ?

If possible I would realy like to see the config for that one.

It's actually a big cheat and a lot of manual work

I'll see if I can anonymise it a bit and post it.

Thanks! I know its a lot of manual work. But I need to make a weather map based on our switches (4 of them) with connection to our servers (8 servers) and each other.

The best way to do it is just like the example.
