Upgrade from FC4 to FC6

Post by rweales »

I'm really interested in upgrading my Cacti box from FC4 to FC6.

Are there any issues with Cacti in doing this?
Has anyone done this?

thanks in advance!

Only one that I know of.

FC4 is mysql 4.x and FC6 is mysql 5.x. Make sure you have a version of fully patched Cacti that supports mysql 5.x. Version 0.8.6h with all patches or higher.
