Hi Howie,
I am a newbie to Weathermap, thanks for this nice plugin to be able to added to Cacti. My question is I am not able to show the bandwidth on my nodes and links. What do i need to put as a node name so I can link it to my network device? is it my router's ip address? Because it doesn't seem to connect to any device? I can create the map fine. Just no bw data is showing. Thanks.

There is no BW on the node and link.

Re: There is no BW on the node and link.
For each link you need a TARGET line, to say where to get the data from, and a BANDWIDTH line to say what the maximum bandwidth for the link is.bigear wrote:Hi Howie,

You should probably read the Basics section in the manual..
Weathermap 0.98a is out! & QuickTree 1.0. Superlinks is over there now (and built-in to Cacti 1.x).
Some Other Cacti tweaks, including strip-graphs, icons and snmp/netflow stuff.
(Let me know if you have UK DevOps or Network Ops opportunities, too!)
