Graphics rra and log problem

Hello i am using a centOS 4.4.I am setup a xampp at them. I am sucsefully installed a cacti and set a mysql database.SNMP communication with other device work fine but i cant graph them.It was this command first:

/opt/lampp/htdocs/cacti/chown -R root rra/ log/

and i am change a permission od rra and log directories.
Then i am add a line to /etc/crontab like this:

*/5 * * * * root php /opt/lampp/htdocs/cacti/poller.php > /dev/null 2>&1

.My graphing not work and when i debug a apache error log i get this:

I realy need a HELP

I'm quite sure this is a problem with the poller not running. Find some help at teh documentation site (see tab above) or the second link of my signature which directs you to a specific howto

How i can check is my poller runing?Can you send me a few commands for checking rrdtoll and checking a poller.I im not say but i dont have a nothing in cacti log the folder is empty and i dont have nothing in rra folder. I realy dont know what can be a problem???
