Polling WindowsXP Machines

I have the latest version of cacti running on my linux system, I am able to poll & graph all my linux systems without any problems, however I am unable to get graphs working for my WindowsXP boxes.

I am able to view/graph network interface cards from the XP machines, but not anything else such as CPU Utilization, Disk Space, Memory etc..

is there anything I need to setup/configure on the WindowsXP machines other than enabling SNMP?
