Internal Datasource names longer than 19 characters.

Would like to see datasource names set to a value longer than 19 characters. I know this might not be a problem for most people, but we have a few enterprise mibs we're using that have long names for some odd reason. I would like to see the lengthed increased by 2 if possible. What I would not like to see is this field changed to a "text" data field. Just think 40 would be fine.

This might be an rrdtool limitation.

We've run into this problem as well, and it does appear to be an rrdtool wimitation
