Graph stopped working [RHEL4]

Since 2 days, I don't get any graph from cacti and I don't understand why because before, it works perfectly !

What can I do ? I have "nan" on each graph

In my php.ini :

memory_limit = 24M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (8MB)

Cacti - Version 0.8.6j
OS: RHEL4u4
SNMP : net-snmp (on RHEL4u4) and "SNMP services" for Windows XP

Did you upgrade anything recently?
Are there lots of records in the poller_output table?
The log is only partial, but everything in there seems to fail; you may try reading the second link of my signature to solve this.
