I added a template, and since I have, I cannot see any interfaces when i add a new device.
I run the debug mode, and I get this:
Data Query Debug Information
+ Running data query [1].
+ Unknown type = ''
+ Found data query XML file at '/usr/share/cacti/site/resource/snmp_queries/interface.xml'
+ Found data query XML file at '/usr/share/cacti/site/resource/snmp_queries/interface.xml'
+ Found data query XML file at '/usr/share/cacti/site/resource/snmp_queries/interface.xml'
How can I fix this?
SNMP - Interface Statistics not returning any results?

I see device informatino.
It responds to SNMP queries.
I just checked between my test box and my Production box (Test box worked fine, production box has the problem)
Test box is on PHP version 4
Production box is on PHP version5
Should I just remove cacti, reinstall, and not use any templates at all?
No, templates are a core feature of Cacti.mpking wrote:Should I just remove cacti, reinstall, and not use any templates at all?
1) What versions of everything are you using? cacti/rrdtool/php, etc?
2) Have you installed the patches for cacti?
3) Is the php_snmp extension for php enabled?
4) Can you snmpwalk a device's interface from your production box?
