First issue
Graphs stopped working
Resolution
I looked at the log and it was timing out after 292 seconds. It turns out I never configured cactid.conf. All my settings were being pulled from config.php
Second Issue
SNMP Library Version Mismatch (5.3 vs 5.3.1)
Resolution
None so far.
Any ideas?

switched from cmd.php to cactid - working through some issue

Download and build the BRANCH_0_8_6 version of Cactid and you will be allowed to progress even with this warning. Checkout the main Cacti website for instructions on accessing the SVN repository.
