Problems with Graphs

Post by america.net »

I have about 1500 Devices added to cacti along with numerous graphs for each one. My problem is when I add a new device now none of the graphs for the new device work.

I am running version 0.8.6c

First 0.8.6c is way old. Personally, I'm not able to support this.
But please describe your problem in more detail, perhaps a screenshot ...
And you may find some debugging hints at the second link of my signature (but I do not know, if they work with 0.8.6c)

All of my existing data is working properly, its just when I add new data. I go to devices, then add, just like any other time. When you go to view the graphs, you just see the graph title in blue and nothing else. It doesn't seem to create the rrds. When you turn on debugging there isn't errors showing. Not even in cacti.log. Running a verbose query on it says the graph is working ok.

Please goto "Graph Management" and select one of the failing Graphs. Switch to DEBUG mode and post the "rrdtool graph" statement found

RRDTool Says:

ERROR: opening '/usr/share/cacti/site/rra/router_cisco_2600_traffic_in_6338.rrd': No such file or directory
