And if you disable the other plugins? (just for one cycle). The only thing like this I have seen before is with the Reports plugin, where nothing that is in the list after it runs. I wonder if this is something similar.

After I disabled reports,I can see weathermap,and the uptime plugin is works properly too.

OK. Cool. That was worrying me Reports does work, but it's best to put it last in your plugins list. I know that Jimmy has a new Reports in development, so I hope that it fixes this.

Is 'tc' the user that runs the cacti poller? If not, then the permissions are wrong on your output directory. You should have got an error about that though...

All,
I have a windows install of cacti that works fine. I have tested the simple tools plugin and it works. I can create a .png file if I run php weathermap from the command line. Moreover I can use my config file I created using the editor.php in the command line and then view the .png file. If I run the poller.php I don't even see the weathermap entry being created. I have looked at all the posts. Also I looked at the weathermap_maps table and see entries. As you can see there is no image associated with it....no error in my cacti.log file has show up. I have even added the code to my setup.php and nothing....thanks in advance

With CactiEZ, I believe that other people have had problems with the default memory_limit. That would potentially behave as you are seeing... change php.ini to

The imagefile/htmlfile fields in the database aren't used. They're a hangover from a previous version. A software appendix

The two main causes for no images generated are: file permissions on the output/ directory (this appears in the logs) and memory_limit problems, which manifest as the process just dying with no warning. Finally, if you run some versions of the Reports plugin, then they should run last, since they have their own problems that stop plugins later in the list from running.

Most problems like this do show up in some way in the logs. You should try a poller cycle with DEBUG on, too. See if there's ANY weathermap lines in the logs...
