How to manually recreate cisco_saa_137.xml ?

First off, if I am asking a question that has already been asked, i apologize.

I'm new to Cacti, and am using the Cacti Virtual Appliance from virtualappliances.net, which is a VM that is locked down. They don't allow any access at the OS or file system level yet.

I would like to use this specifically for the SAA/IP SLA functionality but it appears the template requires this particular file to be loaded into the file system as a data source, and then to import the second xml file.

Is there a way I can manually recreate this data source definition?
