access denied from pther computer

Hi


when i open the cacti page from another computer giving the ip address and i got an error page saying permission denied but from my linux computer where the program is installed i have no problems.

the https error log tell me that the host with ip addrress is denied based on /var/www/cacti

what is needed to be changed here and where ...

this is what the httpd log tells me i guess i need to add an line in the apache configuration file
