Problem when run " php poller.php " manual

Here is the result when i manually run poller.php:

But when i check the directory "/htdocs/cacti/scripts" and "/htdocs/cacti/rra", the files are exist.

I really don't why i run the command: # php poller.php , i got the error. I have followed the instruction at : http://docs.cacti.net/node/5
About my system:
OBSD4.0
RRD version: rrdtool-1.0.49p3-tcl.tgz
net-snmp: net-snmp-5.1.3p3.tgz
apache: 1.3
mysql: 5.0

Could you please tell me why the problem occurs? and please help me to fix it?

Please check "Settings -> Paths" for correct cacti installation path setting

Yes, all paths is correct. I don't think the problem comes from path setting.
After i run apache without chroot environment, the cacti display graph properly.

I am investigating how possible to run cacti in apache chroot under OBSD. seem like more things to do before complete. Do you have any idea about this?
