Problems with cmd.php when I run it ...

When i run C:\php\php.exe c:\apache2\htdocs\cacti\cmd.php in my windows xp, i have some errors that say.
"perl" no se reconoce como un comando interno o externo.

Do i need to install perl in my windows???, I already install perl in my windows but they give another error that say this:
"uptime" no se reconoce como un comando interno o externo.

What can i do to run the cmd.php in my windows xp???
My configuration in windows are:
Windows XP Profesional
Apache 2.0.48
MySQL 4.0.14
RRDTool 1.0.40
Cacti 0.8.3a

Those errors may be the result of the default scripts cacti is configured to run for localhost. The scripts will only work for linux or unix hosts unless you have the right utilities installed on your windows system.

Have you tried adding a router to the polling hosts?

But Cacti run all his scripts in Windows.
